\\n Proclinical are recruiting for a Systems Test Engineering & Sales Lead to join a digital health organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zug.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the newly founded business unit with around 6 members of staff.
- You will acquire new projects with German clients.
- Accountable for recruitment, management and promotion of personnel.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrable experience within project management/execution of project in the field of test systems/automation engineering.
- A background in Systems Technology, electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity with Labview, C# or any other programming languages.
- Previous involvement with sales and acquisition.
- Fluency in both the German and English language.
