We are seeking a highly skilled

Core Banking Team Manager

to lead our

Temenos T24 / Transact

platform operations in Geneva. This role is central to the delivery, support, and continuous enhancement of our core banking systems, with a strong focus on

private banking services

.


The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in

Temenos core banking solutions

, combined with a strong understanding of

private banking processes

, including client lifecycle management, portfolio and investment services, lending, and regulatory compliance. The position requires both

technical leadership

and

business alignment skills

to ensure our banking platforms remain resilient, secure, and future-ready.


Key Responsibilities



Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists working on Temenos T24/Transact and related modules. Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Temenos core banking platform. Translate

private banking business requirements

into effective system configurations and enhancements. Oversee delivery of system upgrades, customizations, and integrations with third-party applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, front office, compliance, and operations teams to align IT solutions with private banking needs. Manage incident resolution, service requests, and ensure compliance with SLAs. Liaise with

Temenos

and other technology partners/vendors to resolve issues and implement best practices. Contribute to the bank's digital transformation roadmap, ensuring Temenos aligns with strategic objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience managing or leading teams in a

Temenos core banking environment

(T24/Transact expertise required). Strong understanding of

private banking operations

and Experience with

Temenos modules relevant to private banking

Solid background in

core banking IT delivery

including upgrades, release management, and integrations. Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to bridge technical and business priorities. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Strong communication skills, with fluency in English

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications



Familiarity with Swiss and international banking regulations. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance. Certifications in ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or PMP. * Additional languages (Spanish, French) are a plus.
