Responsibilities:
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Support superiors throughout the entire recruitment process, from advertisement to contract conclusion. Your expertise in talent acquisition will play a vital role in identifying and attracting the best candidates.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Ensure a professional and efficient recruiting process, providing candidates with a positive experience from start to finish. Your ability to create strong relationships with applicants and line managers will be key to attracting top talent.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Participate in the company-wide further development of the recruiting process, actively introducing trends such as social media and active sourcing. You will be part of shaping and improving the recruitment strategies of our client.

Requirements:
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Ideally, you have completed training with a focus on HR, such as a federal certificate in HR or a similar degree.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 You have several years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a company with internal recruiting or in a personnel agency.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 You are a well-positioned, independent, and committed professional with a service-oriented and efficient way of working.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 You enjoy contact with applicants and line managers, both in writing and verbally. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships will help you succeed in this role.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 You are geographically flexible and enthusiastic about traveling to our client\\xe2\\x80\\x99s various locations in Switzerland.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 You speak and write German flawlessly and can also communicate well in French, both in writing and orally. Knowledge of English is desired and will be advantageous in this international organization.
