Responsibilities

Prepare periodic returns (VAT, Intrastat, ESL, Income Tax, etc.) for EMEA region. Liaise with 3rd party provider to ensure accurate and timely submission of periodic returns Prepare the reconciliation of VAT accounts (GL monthly reconciliation) Booking of VAT Settlements & VAT Clear Prepare the reconciliation: Turnover vs VAT Returns Support and advise other departments Review annual tax provisions Review and approve EIMEA legal entities quarterly TP calculation Provide support for internal & external audits Support Tax Administration VAT/Intrastat inspection and queries.

Experience and Qualifications

Excellent data analysis skills, including significant experience in using MS Excel. Experience with SAP S/4HANA a plus 1-2 years of existing VAT and/or income tax experience, either in industry or in a consulting/Big 4 environment Effective communication skills Keen eye for detail with exceptional organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Fluent in French and English; other European languages a plus Knowledge and/or experience with tax/VAT compliance a plus
