Tax Compliance Officer (FATCA, CRS)
Aufgaben
Responsibility for the analysis of new and existing tax structures in countries all over the world and direct contact with the business (FATCA, CRS) / Reviewing wealth structures of the clients from the tax compliance perspective / Assessing plausibility of tax opinions and forms in an international context / Judgement of client-related events and assessment of impact under the banks tax crime policy / Updating and maintaining current tax compliance procedures / Support in implementing regulatory updates in the systems and providing support for process changes / Conducting timely and appropriate tax compliance as well as risk management audits / Analysing client data with the line manager and ensuring consolidation of the data for the report to the senior management.
Qualifikation
Master's or Bachelor's in Law or Economics / At least three to five years of professional experience at a bank or in tax consulting for banks at one of the four major auditing firms or a consulting firms / FATCA, QI, CRS, AEOI experience mandatory / Good understanding of international wealth structures and related tax-matters / Affinity to work with numbers and to handle demanding deadlines / Interest for a regulatory driven way of thinking / Analytical, communicative, team-oriented, and assertive personality with the ability to justify tax law opinions / High level of initiative and sense of responsibility / Ability to react and adapt quickly to a changing environment/ Interest in imparting tax compliance awareness through training courses or presentations / Fluency in English and French.
