\\nWhat we expect
\\n\\n
\\n- \\n
- Administration for the departments: Corporate Quality, Public Funding Research Development\\n
- Preparation of meetings: Agenda, catering, room preparation, pick-up visitors, booking of the meeting rooms\\n
- Organization of business trips (flight, hotel, transportation) for employees and support for visitors\\n
- Support with Corporate QRD tasks\\n
- Reports: monthly, quarterly\\n
- Presentations: internal and external, like customer presentations\\n
- Admin tasks like leave requests, time management, etc. funding requests\\n
- Acts as interface to Corporate Communication in respects to internal as well as external communication\\n
- Organization of office equipment for the departments\\n
- Organization FAB/Lab tours, visits, etc.\\n
- Diverse project assistance\\n

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group E (http://www.feei.at/kollektivvertraege/kv_tabelle/). \\n
We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.\\n
\\n- \\n
- Completed vocational training in business administration\\n
- Some years of experience as team assistant is an advantage\\n
- Good MS Office user knowledge\\n
- SAP basic knowledge\\n
- SharePoint basic knowledge\\n
- English and German in speaking and writing (MUST)\\n
