What you'll do



Manage executives' schedules and arrange meetings efficiently Coordinate and handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and transfers for the Product Management and Operations team, while also providing interim and deputy support for the Sales team Ensure timely and accurate expense management (for Product Management & Ops teams) Oversee global purchasing processes including Supplier onboarding and manage invoicing Assist in organizing and coordinating our AGM/ABM Set up comprehensive introduction and training meetings for new joiners Provide cross-departmental support as a substitute for other assistants and the sales team, as required Flexibility and willingness to support on other administrative and support tasks as required

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need



Solid educational background, preferably within business administration/finance Professional experience as an assistant, ideally with understanding of project and asset management Experience in finance sector is an advantage Outstanding organisational and time management skills and ability to multi-task Flexibility, stress-resistance and good sense for prioritisation Discretion and confidentiality Fluent in English and German, any other European language is a plus
