Lead, coach, and inspire an R&D team, fostering growth and performance
Drive product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines
Improve and expand the existing product portfolio in line with market and regulatory requirements
Collaborate across departments and act as deputy to the Senior Director R&D in strategic topics
Support innovation, innovation process strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar)
Proven experience in leading teams and managing innovation projects
At least 8 years of experience in an R&D department, ideally in a similar industry
Strong strategic thinking and broad technical understanding of building technology and water control systems
Broad cross-functional knowledge (quality, production, marketing, sales) with familiarity in operations, supply chain, and product management
Intercultural competence and strong communication skills
Experience in digital product development is a plus
Fluency in German and English
Willingness to travel up to 10%
