For our headquarter in Kreuzlingen / Switzerland we are looking as soon as possible for a Team Leader Digital Design E-Commerce (d/f/m) In the course of your demanding and varied role, you will be responsible for the design, creative development and content of the online shops for all HOLY FASHION GROUP brands. You will be the main point of contact for the relevant brand, providing advice and support in the development and testing of online marketing branding campaigns. Furthermore, you will be responsible for CRM for all brands as well as for the ongoing expansion of the consumer dialogue area as a cross-sector competence centre for the design, creative development and management of all multichannel activities (newsletters, direct mailshots). You will update commercial e-commerce content using the CMS system and optimise this on an ongoing basis. The final element of your exciting job profile involves close coordination with agencies and internal interfaces with the aim of continuously optimising processes and projects. Required experience and skills:

• A successfully completed degree in economics or media studies, communication design, or comparable training
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in brand communication, dialogue marketing, or traditional advertising, ideally in a design agency or in an e-commerce environment
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and an understanding of usability and UX methods, or experience in prepress and print production
• Strong conceptual and graphic skills and a keen sense of design and brand management
• Very good written and spoken English
• Confident use of common design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CMS systems)
• Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working, as well as a high degree of organizational skills and assertiveness
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, and enthusiasm for fashion, lifestyle, and digital trends
