  • Supervise and manage a team of 6-10 personnel, handling their time reports, absences, and holidays.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing per Trading IT guidelines, including both internal and contract resources.
  • Plan and report team activities, manage backlog, and prioritize tasks based on IT and business inputs.
  • Provide third-line support for system issues in your area, aiming for timely incident resolution.
  • Manage third-party suppliers per contract.
  • Coordinate configuration and change requests from business stakeholders.
  • Generate management-level reports for backlog and support tickets.
  • Contribute to cross-team projects.
  • Collaborate with other Gas & Power Trading IT delivery teams and IT/Technology teams.
  • Enforce governance and standards, including project approvals, technology standards, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Stay updated on relevant market and technology developments.

  • Requires 5+ years of experience in power utilities or trading, preferably with energy market knowledge.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Developer, or Application Engineer and aspire to a management role.
  • Proficiency in EDM systems, including back-office and finance functions within the energy sector.
  • Desirable qualifications include training and certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL), project management (e.g., PMI, Prince 2), agile methodologies, cloud, and database technologies.
  • Minimum education requirement is a bachelor\\\'s degree in business, computer science, or a related technology or engineering field.
  • Must be fluent in English, with competency in French as a plus.
