Management or shift responsibility for the production area
Further development of standards and their instructions
Responsibility for the achievement of the shift KPI's
Sustainable quality improvement of our products through detailed production analysis and solution-oriented improvement
measures to improve productivity
Execution of cockpit meetings
Compliance with escalation processes
Training and instruction on the store floor
Staff scheduling according to production plan
Initiation and implementation of problem solutions
Daily coordination in the CCC meeting with the support functions
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in the technical field
Knowledge of vulcanization and assembly processes, occupational safety and systematic problem solving
Management responsibility
Willingness to work shifts
Strong team and communication skills
Assertiveness
Written and spoken German, English an advantage
MS Office and SAP knowledge
Familiarity with MES systems
