Responsibilities:
- Management or shift responsibility for the production area
- Further development of standards and their instructions
- Responsibility for the achievement of the shift KPI's
- Sustainable quality improvement of our products through detailed production analysis and solution-oriented improvement
- measures to improve productivity
- Execution of cockpit meetings
- Compliance with escalation processes
- Training and instruction on the store floor
- Staff scheduling according to production plan
- Initiation and implementation of problem solutions
- Daily coordination in the CCC meeting with the support functions
- Completed vocational training in the technical field
- Knowledge of vulcanization and assembly processes, occupational safety and systematic problem solving
- Management responsibility
- Willingness to work shifts
- Strong team and communication skills
- Assertiveness
- Written and spoken German, English an advantage
- MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Familiarity with MES systems
