Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Du ubernimmst die fachliche Fuhrung und die Verantwortung fur ein Team von sieben Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Buchhaltung fur unsere Stiftungen sowie das Accounting des Nebenbuches fur die Einzel- und Kollektivversicherung.
• Du stellst sicher, dass die Buchfuhrung sowie Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlusse nach OR korrekt und termingerecht erfolgen.
• Fur unsere Stiftungen erstellst du die Jahresrechnung nach Swiss GAAP FER 26 und die Geschaftsberichte.
• Du betreust, verbuchst und erstellst die Abrechnung des Sicherheitsfonds.
• Gemeinsam mit internen Fach- und Revisionsstellen entwickelst du Prozesse und Schnittstellen weiter - mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Automatisierung.

Deine Starken

• Du hast mehrjahrige Erfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung von Stiftungen und von Einzel- und Kollektivlebenabschlussen
• Du bringst Fuhrungserfahrung mit und hast Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fordern und weiterzuentwickeln.
• Du denkst analytisch, handelst eigeninitiativ und triffst Entscheidungen klar und uberzeugend.
• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmannische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildungen im Bereich Accounting/Finanzen (z. B. Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaft, eidg. dipl. Experte)
• Du verfugst uber sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
