We\\\'re looking for a Technical Business Process & Management Accounting Expert who not only has a firm grasp of business process optimization and management accounting in the banking sector but also brings a strong technical experience. This role caters to individuals who can seamlessly transition between finance, accounting, and technical realms.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Business process modelling, re-engineering, and optimization

Sparing partner for management accounting processes, principles, and best practices

Analyzing, refining, and implementing optimized finance and accounting processes

Design forward-thinking processes and strategies to enhance financial operations

Preparing comprehensive documentation (financial & technical documentation)

Engage in hands-on programming and system adjustments as necessary

Translate complex financial and technical jargon into user-friendly language

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and software development

YOUR PROFILE

A bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s or master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in business administration, finance, information systems, computer science, or a related field

CFA or similar qualifications would be a significant advantage

Familiarity with business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and programming languages relevant to the role

Deep insight into financial systems and platforms; prior knowledge of SAP and PaPM is a distinct advantage

Desirable Traits:

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication, collaboration, and liaison skills

A keen sense of innovation and staying updated with the latest tech and accounting trends
