On behalf of our client, a consultancy in Switzerland, we are looking for a Technical Lab Support Analyst.

Location: Basel

Start date: ASAP

End date: 01.12.2024

Main responsibilities

• \\n
• Provide 2/3 level support for Analytical Instrument Application/Software.\\n
• Resolve incidents, including troubleshooting, physical checks of instruments, addressing network issues, configuring licenses, and resolving data flow and data storage issues.\\n
• Handle User Administration tasks, including user creation, access management, and regular validation of user accounts.\\n
• Conduct periodic reviews and maintenance activities, supporting client instrument owners, ensuring maintenance plans are in place and followed, and providing assistance with firmware updates.\\n
• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems, applying proven techniques for thorough analysis and evaluation.\\n
• Set up, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain QC and manufacturing lab quality systems, ensuring compliance with FDA standards and adherence to industry best practices, particularly surrounding CFR 21 Part 11 and Annex 11 regulations.\\n

Your skills:

• \\n
• University Degree (or equal) in associated field and 3+ years\\\' in a GxP regulated environment\\n
• Understading of GAMP framework, CFR21 Part 11 & EU Annex 11\\n
• Understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV)\\n
• Strong knowledge of Windows XP, 7, and 10, Server 2008, 2012, and 2016, Active Directory, storage and backup devices, VMWare, Routers, Switches and other solutions\\n
• Knowledge in server, storage and virtualization standards, techniques and tools\\n
• Knowledge and support of standard software packages including Microsoft Office and Adobe productivity tools\\n
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills\\n
• Willing to work on-site\\n
• Fluent in both German & English\\n
