Technical Requirements
Ability to speak with technical and business stakeholders
Previous experienced to work in regulated environments
Experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager will be an added advantage
Familiar with Data Privacy, Financial and/or Medical Regulations

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions
Support the preparation and response to RFPs to secure new business opportunities
Develop and present detailed offers that align with client requirements and company capabilities
Maintain a thorough understanding of ongoing projects and track technical personnel involved
Act as a connection between customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
Utilize technical expertise to address client inquiries and provide timely support
Foster strong relationships with customers to promote long-term partnerships and business growth
Support in preparation of customer presentations and demos
