Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen einen hochqualifizierten technischen Projektmanager mit Spezialisierung auf mechanische, elektrische und sanitare Systeme (TGA) fur unser Team in Zurich, Schweiz. In dieser Rolle ubernehmen Sie die Leitung und Uberwachung komplexer TGA-Projekte und stellen deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung von der Planung bis zum Abschluss sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Verantwortung fur alle Aspekte von TGA-Projekten, einschliesslich Planung, Terminierung, Budgetierung und Ressourcenzuweisung Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinaren Teams wie Architekten, Ingenieuren und Bauunternehmen zur Erreichung der Projektziele Entwicklung und Pflege von Projektzeitplanen, Meilensteinen und Leistungskennzahlen Durchfuhrung regelmassiger Projektstatus-Meetings und Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern Identifikation und proaktive Risikominimierung wahrend des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Bauvorschriften, regulatorischen Anforderungen und Sicherheitsstandards Implementierung und Uberwachung von Qualitatskontrollmassnahmen fur TGA-Systeme Koordination mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern fur die Beschaffung von Ausrustung und Materialien Analyse der Projektperformance und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Branchentrends und innovativen TGA-Technologien

Qualifikationen

Bachelor-Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Bauingenieurwesen Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im TGA-Projektmanagement Ausgepragte Kenntnisse von TGA-Systemen, Bauvorschriften und -regelungen Beherrschung von AutoCAD oder ahnlicher CAD-Software Erfahrung mit Building Information Modeling (BIM) Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagementfahigkeiten, einschliesslich Planung, Terminplanung und Budgetierung Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der MS Office Suite, insbesondere von Excel und Project Ausgepragte Fuhrungs- und Kommunikationsfahigkeiten, sowohl mundlich als auch schriftlich Analytische Denkweise mit ausgepragter Liebe zum Detail Erfahrung in Bau- oder Ingenieurprojekten Kenntnisse uber nachhaltige Entwurfspraktiken und Energieeffizienz in Gebaudesystemen Zertifizierung als Project Management Professional (PMP) bevorzugt Fahigkeit, bei Bedarf gelegentlich zu Projektstandorten zu reisen Fliessende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
