Your Tasks


Act as the primary point of contact for incoming technical publications tasks, manage allocation, and ensure timely handovers across teams Participate in project review meetings and recurring product meetings as technical publications stakeholder to align publishing priorities Maintain and update publishing plans, organize project and bilateral meetings, and ensure deadlines are met Ensure quality of technical publications and electronic checklists as well as oversee compliance with publishing standards Provide status reports, budget calculations and act as the point of contact for technical publications inquiries Drive initiatives such as database and specification migrations, technical publications processes upgrade, and modernization of documentation

Extensive experience with aircraft technical publications using ASD S1000D, preferably versions 2.3 and 4.1 Strong knowledge of configuration management with experience with change processes and in-service modifications e.g. Service Bulletins Familiarity with the HiCo Suite or similar CSDB, Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM tool and Microsoft Office suite Background in aviation with experience working within a controlled, compliance-driven environment Fluency in English (C1) with excellent communication skills and German language is an advantage Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality and compliance under tight deadlines and independently
