We're looking for a
Technical Sales Engineer
(or a Manager, depending on relevant experience) to join our team and take ownership of developing value-based proposals for integrated shaft generators, battery-hybrid, and energy management solutions to the maritime industry. Whether you're early in your career or looking to pivot toward a more customer-facing path, we'll support your growth with mentorship, hands-on experience, and exposure to international projects.
What You'll Do
Customer Engagement:
Build and manage relationships with shipowners and shipyards, becoming a trusted technical advisor.
Needs Analysis:
Gather and interpret customer requirements to design tailored solutions.
Proposal Development:
Independently create detailed technical proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Contract Review & Negotiation Support:
Review supplier contracts and actively support negotiation processes.
Solution Presentation:
Deliver clear and compelling technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution from lead identification to contract.
Process & Portfolio Development:
Contribute to pricing strategies, solution portfolio enhancements, and internal process improvements.
Customer Visits:
Plan and conduct customer visits across Europe and Asia (~30%).
