Key Responsibilities:
Act as the
technical lead and subject matter expert

Translate business requirements into

with a focus on process optimization and system interoperability.
Support and enhance

Lead and participate in

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across connected systems and interfaces.

Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in:
SAP CRM
(configuration, customization, and integration)
SAP ERP / S/4
(Sales & Service)
Salesforce.com
(platform functionality and integration points)
Proven expertise in
integration technologies and middleware
(SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, APIs, REST/SOAP web services, IDocs, etc.).
Solid understanding of enterprise system architecture and best practices for integration.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot end-to-end process flows across multiple systems.
Experience in large-scale system transformation or migration projects.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with both business and technical teams.
