Technician / Associate Assay Development & Drug Screening
Job Description
Primary responsibilities
Develop and perform a variety of kinetic cell signaling assays for GPCRs (BRET / FRET-based assays)
Perform and monitor mammalian cell culture
Conduct molecular biology techniques including cell transfection and ELISAs for biomarker quantification
Document, analyze and present experimental data to the team
Support laboratory organization including management of material orders, inventory and equipment
Education
Master degree in Biology or a related field. Or a Bachelor degree or a completed apprenticeship with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
Relevant industry experience in a biotech- or pharma environment is preferred
Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture
Experience with cellular signaling and drug screening assays
Proficiency with data analysis software such as Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism, or R
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Good communication skills and fluency in English
