Technology Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced software product manager who will be responsible for one of the key product frameworks in the Operational Excellence software portfolio. You will be maintaining a deep understanding of the overall product, and its constituent components. You will create, develop, communicate and maintain a product vision, alongside nurturing customer and stakeholder relationships. You will be working in an Agile/SAFe environment along with a talented technical team including developers, architects, UX and UI members. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing complex software products across their lifecycle, from ideation through to market introduction, in an industrial segment.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed understanding of the product\\n
• Perform analyses, assessing product strengths and weaknesses relative to opportunities and threats to develop and maintain a product vision\\n
• Contribute to/own all other relevant product programme documentation\\n
• Own and inform a high-level roadmap for the product\\n
• Review and contribute to any relevant sales opportunities\\n
• Maintain a detailed awareness of existing and emerging standards and regulatory requirements that may impact the product\\n

Your background

• \\n
• BE Degree or equivalent in a business or IT related discipline or equivalent professional experience\\n
• Significant process industry domain experience with a thorough understanding of how to develop products for a global market\\n
• Demonstrable understanding of Scrum and SAFE methodologies\\n
• Experience and/or knowledge of Azure DevOps and A-ha (or equivalent) product management tools.\\n
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills \\xe2\\x80\\x93 must be self-motivated\\n
• Ability to identify requirements and deliver solutions in an incremental manner\\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, influence, negotiate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders\\n
• Best practice product management experience\\n
