We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Caterpillar team as a Technology Product Marketing Consultant. In this role, you will own the go-to-market and commercial execution of the Construction Industries (CI) Technology Portfolio for Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EAME).

Job Duties:

Own and lead go-to-market strategies for the region, including marketing and commercial actions for the previously listed product portfolio. Our GTM 7 workstreams, CI top 5 tactics and 15 disciplines will serve as the foundations of our execution model.

Align and drive sales and adoption target execution by working closely with the field team, internal and external partners.

Develop product expertise on how our technology solutions help solve customer\\\'s safety, productivity, and profitability challenges and how they compare to other OEM and 3rd party competitors.

Collaborate with our Distribution organization (DSD Marketing and Operation Support reps) to improve dealer\\\'s application adoption and usage, attributes/metrics as part of the Digital Excellence Program. This includes collaboration on gap assessment and action plans.

Work with the Technology Product Application Specialists to support and raise awareness and knowledge of our solutions in the field, at dealers and customers through virtual and face-to-face awareness and training sessions, events, etc.

Support New Product and New Market introduction of our technology solutions for the region. This can include working with some pilot of field follow dealers and customers, working in close relationship with our global marketing team, CD&T market team and extended CI partners.

Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Dealer (VOD) initiatives to ensure technology products are designed to drive profitability with our customers and dealers.

Collaborate with our business partners to recommend and create integrated services leveraging our technology offerings.

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to influence and lead others in the work group, dealer personnel and customers.

Strong entrepreneurship and execution skills, experience in creating new business strategies.

Top candidates will also have:

Additional experience in a similar role with marketing and commercial objectives, interaction with dealers, and customers, ideally involving technology products.

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, sound commercial and analytical skills.

Experience in marketing and sales execution of digital and technology products.

Additional European language is a plus

Background / Experience:

A bachelor\\\'s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing.

5+ years prior field experience with dealer and customer engagement

Experience in the construction industry

Travel 30%

English
