We are looking for a motivated temporary student support to assist with day-to-day activities and administrative tasks for our packaging development team. The role involves supporting ongoing activities, documentation, and system-related tasks within a regulated medical device environment. The role is fixed for the duration of 3 months.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support daily activities and projects within the team Assist with preparation, review, and organization of documentation Ensure documentation follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Support activities related to medical devices and packaging Enter, update, and maintain data in internal software systems (e.g. ERP) Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team

Education:

Bachelor's degree completed or currently enrolled as a student (e.g. Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field)

Requirements:

Basic familiarity with medical devices and packaging Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Good command of English (written and spoken) Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic experience in software systems (ERP, databases, internal tools) Good organizational skills and attention to detail
