Tasks
We are looking for temporary support staff to manage the increased workload during the busy Winter season
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion and footwear industry
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage online shop orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide operational support for daily B2B business activities
- Handle and monitor customer inquiries and order processing
- Maintain and update customer data, ensuring proper documentation of processes
- Handle customer correspondence with professionalism and timely communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Completed commercial education (KV) or equivalent qualification
Proven ability to perform efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
