Job Description

The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is seeking to recruit the Africa Coordinator, Food and Land Use coalition where the position holder will support coordination of FOLU's activities in Africa. This role will be offered on a one (1) year fixed term contract, subject to availability of funding and will be based in either of our offices in Nairobi or Addis Ababa.

The position holder will support in three key areas namely:

Coordinating and supporting the strategy, delivery and performance of the FOLU country platforms in Africa ensuring their work is aligned with FOLU's global vision. Acting as a bridge between the African country platforms and the Global Secretariat, facilitating knowledge exchange, learning, donor reporting, and strategic discussions. * Supporting fundraising and resource mobilization to strengthen country platforms and enable them to achieve impact within the broader global FOLU framework.
