Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Execution

Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for

AI/ML applications

and

conversational banking systems

. Perform

functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing

across multiple platforms. Conduct

API testing

for AI services and microservices integration. Perform

database testing and data validation

for financial applications.

Automation & Frameworks

Execute automated test scripts and maintain

test automation frameworks

. Ensure test coverage through structured

automation practices

.

Test Management & Reporting

Manage test cases, execution, and defect tracking using

Squash

or equivalent test management platforms. Document test results, create defect reports, and track resolution progress.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure

quality deliverables

. Support

release management activities

including deployment testing and production validation. Participate in all

SDLC phases

, from requirements analysis through production deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

fintech, banking, or financial services testing

. Knowledge of

AI/ML testing approaches

and conversational AI validation. Hands-on experience with

automated testing tools

(Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured). Familiarity with

Azure cloud testing environments

and services. Understanding of

security testing and compliance

requirements in financial applications. Experience with

performance and load testing tools

. Programming knowledge in

Python or JavaScript

for automation.

ISTQB

or other software testing certifications.
