Responsibilities
- Advise and support customers
- Investigate complex complaints
- Sell service products and services (e.g. conversions, spare parts)
- Prepare offers
- Process customer inquiries, reminders and complaints
- Solve problems
- Increase operational efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Various administrative tasks
- Technical or commercial basic training with further training in sales, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in sales
- Good MS Office skills
- Self-confident, a team player and adaptable
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Customer-oriented and resilient personality
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and good knowledge of German and/or French
