CRM Integration Specialist

to strengthen our capabilities in implementing and optimizing connected CRM ecosystems.

Your Role

As a CRM Integration Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing, integrating, and maintaining end-to-end CRM solutions across Salesforce (incl. Marketing Cloud) and Abacus. You'll work with our clients and internal team to ensure seamless data flows, actionable insights, and scalable customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement CRM integrations between

Salesforce

,

Marketing Cloud

, and

Abacus ERP

Customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including process automation and custom reporting Develop and manage data synchronization workflows across systems Collaborate with marketing and business teams to activate CRM-driven campaigns Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system performance and data integrity Document integration processes and provide training/support as needed

Your Profile

Proven experience with

Salesforce CRM

and

Marketing Cloud

(certifications are a plus) Solid understanding of

Abacus

ERP system and its integration capabilities Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and middleware tools Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, analytical mindset Excellent communication skills in English; German or French is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams
