YOUR CAPCO DAY

• Coordination of Test Phases in project with different stakeholders + booking centers + vendors
• Management of Test Campaigns and allocation to BAs/SMEs in line with sprint delivery
• Quality Assurance on Test Cases drafted by BAs
• Defect Management in DevOps
• Drive daily defect triage sessions and prepare daily reporting during Test Campaigns with internal teams and vendors
• Management of backlog bugs vs improvements
• Perform unit tests/SIT/UAT tests along with BAs

YOUR CAPCO-FIT

• Deep financial service expertise with an intimate working knowledge of financial service customers specific application requirements, KPI\\\'s, and quality assurance goals
• 5-10 years of professional consulting experience in financial services, driving test strategies, standardizing test tools, test frameworks, and test processes to increase cost savings
• Experience in working with Temenos T24, FCM, TripleA, TDL/SAP/Wealth Dynamix
• Proven experience in selling and delivering Testing Services for Project Delivery
• Hands-on Testing experience, familiar with a wide range of technologies, and managing and/or working directly with industry leading and open-source testing tools (e.g. Test Management, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, etc.)
• Fluent French & English combined with great presentation skills
