As a trainee in our Assurance practice, you will gain hands-on experience working with leading companies across industries. You will support our teams in delivering high quality services, while being exposed to advisory engagements to assist client with their reporting requirements and internal control framework.
You work independently while benefiting from the expert advice of experienced colleagues. Your active contribution is pivotal, as you engage in shaping the future of our offerings and nurture your own professional growth.
How you can make an impact

• Gain insight into how organizations operate and the economic and industry challenges they are facing
• Develop an understanding of accounting, auditing, internal control, reporting and regulatory frameworks.
• Support assurance projects delivering on their offerings, including for example, GAAP conversions, preparation of financial statements, monthly closing, management reporting and internal controls documentation.
• Work collaboratively with teams from other service lines to deliver insights and recommendations to clients.
• Develop people early on in your career and build a broad professional network
• Bring your fresh ideas and pioneering thinking to the forefront early in your career at Deloitte

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a curious, well-organized and empathetic problem solver with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a business audience in a relatable and understandable way.
• You enjoy interdisciplinary consulting teamwork.
• You have excellent university degree (Bachelor's, Master's, MBA).
