Join Our Team: HR Internship Opportunity at X-Rite

Location: Regensdorf, Switzerland (onsite) | Duration: 12 months with potential for a permanent position

The Opportunity

As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our global HR Business Partner Team, contributing to a wide range of regional and international HR initiatives.

Your scope will include:

Supporting onboarding processes for new employees

Processing visa applications global visitors and associates

Assisting with various regional and global HR projects and initiatives

Organizing and managing employee events independently

Acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries across Europe (10 countries)

Supporting performance review and employee development processes

Collaborating with HR service partners and Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards)

Your Profile

We're looking for someone who is proactive, communicative, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:

Excellent German and good English language skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

Completed commercial/business training or equivalent education

Proficiency in MS Office applications

A friendly, open personality with strong communication skills

A fast comprehension, precise and independent working style, and a collaborative mindset for working in global teams
