Key Responsibilities
Supporting our application management process with international applicants
General administrative tasks related to human resources
Supporting our onboarding and offboarding processes
Organizing and implementing welfare initiatives, such as employee events and activities
Managing our staff accommodation
Supporting HR project work
Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
For this challenging role as a Human Resources Trainee, you will have:Initial experience in the hotel industry and/or in working with and for people (service provider)
Fluency in English and German is a prerequisite
Empathetic and professional interaction with colleagues and other stakeholders
Organized and motivated approach to work
Enjoyment of an intercultural working environment
