What awaits you

You\\\'ll actively accompany our customers on their agile transformation journey, thereby gaining a comprehensive insight.

Learning by doing: In co-creation workshops, you\\\'ll become familiar with change management and training strategies, agile methods and approaches, stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, and much more.

Now you\\\'re ready to successfully collaborate with the client: For example, you\\\'ll know how to use agile methods to enable high performing teams, how to continuously improve a team\\\'s ways of working, or how to elicitate and document software requirements in an agile manner.

What we\\\'re looking forward to

University degree, e.g. in informatics, computer science, software engineering, business administration, business informatics, economics or similar field

First experience with software development and agile approaches, methods, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban and SAFe)

Fluency in English and the regional language (GER)

Friendly personality and joy working in an international project team and is ready to occasionally travel for business
