Are you an experienced account manager/RM looking for your next challenge? We are currently looking for a highly driven candidate to cover our internal clients (Institutional Client & SFA). The account manager is responsible for internal clients inquiries, coordination of client requests with internal stakeholders and onboarding. Additional tasks like the support coverage of external clients may be an option on the long run but not the main task.
Additionally, the role involves process improvements starting with efficient contract setups a solid skillset in various banking products like trading, FX, payments, data analytics and asset management as well as legal/compliance know how is key. The candidate must be keen and willing to learn fast and build up an internal network within a short time. The beauty of this role is that you can act as an entrepreneur and have a clear impact and that is what we are looking for.
What would your role be?
Account Manager and RM tasks - Mailbox, client inquiries, setting up new processes
Provide a top notch service to these important internal partners
Revising contracts (streamline, improve, processes)
Building an excellent network amongst internal stakeholders
Efficiency improvements (questions every task and improve status quo)
Periodic reviews of institutional accounts (internal clients)
Assistance with invoices/onboarding, documentations
Excellent listener
Business management tasks
Acting client and process centric with automation and improvement in mind
What are we looking for?
Minimum of four years of experience in a similar role
Experience in processes (onboarding, contracts, )
Experience in relationship management, trading, custody and FX, payments,
Tech- and process driven person
English, German (native) is a must, French and Italian a plus
Willingness and talent to collaborate with business managers and a very strong networker within the company
Friendly, outgoing and client centric personality
Fast learner / independent worker
Avaloq knowledge is a big plus
Experience in change management and a very structured way of working
