Source, evaluate, and prepare real estate investment opportunities
Conduct detailed market, location, and financial analyses
Lead acquisition projects in collaboration with the Real Estate Team
Perform property valuations, due diligence, and investment calculations
Coordinate and manage the full transaction process from start to finish
Negotiate and draft contracts with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and expand a professional network within the real estate industry
Administer internal systems (CRM, SharePoint, Immopac) and ensure data accuracy
Coordinate project development and support strategic initiatives
Profile
Master's Degree in Economics and/or Real Estate
2-5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions in Switzerland
Well-established sourcing network in the Swiss real estate market
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Autonomous, committed, and able to work effectively in a team
Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize under pressure
Fluent in German, French, and English
