Transformation Program Lead

We are seeking an individual to lead a strategic, global HR tech transformation program, overseeing implementation, governance, change management, and delivery of business outcomes across multi-country initiatives, while partnering with senior leadership and driving continuous improvement.

Your contribution to KPMG

Lead and manage a strategic HR technology transformation program, owning delivery of business outcomes


Develop and maintain project execution plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and priorities


Oversee the implementation and integration of HR platforms and modules for the group, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies.


Establish and drive program governance, progress tracking, risk management, and transparent reporting to executive.


Apply "wagile" project methodology, balancing structured planning with adaptive execution


Cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability across project streams.


Drive organizational change management and ensure continuous communication with senior stakeholders across the company.


Support the CPO and Steering Committee in strategic decision-making, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

This is what makes you successful

Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-year HR transformation programs with a strong technology component


Proven track record of overseeing HR technology implementations, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors


Skilled in managing complex, multi-country programs and multiple workstreams simultaneously


Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, and driving delivery within scope, time, and budget


Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder influencing skills


Skilled in agile and traditional project methodologies


Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP)


Fluency in English; proficiency in German would be a significant advantage
