Serve as a member of the President's Committee and the Council Standing Committee on Finance (CSC/FIN).
Act as trustee for ISO's funds and advise the Council on financial matters.
Support the Secretary-General in managing the General Fund and preparing annual budgets.
Provide guidance on Swiss local conditions, including employment market trends and regulatory matters.
Present pre-audited financial statements at the General Assembly each September.
Participate in the Provident Foundation of the Central Secretariat as a member or Chair.

Must be a citizen of a country with an ISO member body; preference for candidates residing in Switzerland.
Must be independent (not employed by ISO or any ISO member body).
Strong high-level experience in finance and/or law.
In-depth knowledge of Swiss Law, especially regarding associations.
Familiarity with the Swiss financial system.
Fluent in English and French.
University-level education.
Well-established professional network in Switzerland.
