• Develop and advance analytical, reporting, and control frameworks across global Treasury operations
• Deliver high-quality, decision-relevant management reporting and dashboards
• Enhance the Treasury Performance Framework (KPI/KRI/KVI) to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and risk exposure
• Shape and execute a forward-looking Treasury data strategy in close collaboration with Data Science and Data Engineering
• Design and implement automated reporting tools and scalable data applications
• Oversee monitoring, audit, and compliance processes within Global Treasury

You combine analytical depth with strategic vision - and understand that effective control goes far beyond reporting.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
• Several years of experience in Treasury Analytics, Financial Controlling, or Risk Management in an international environment
• Strong command of analytical tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL) as well as Treasury Management Systems and Data Warehouse structures
• Proven experience in developing analytical frameworks, ideally with an automation or digitalization focus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior management
• Structured mindset, professional confidence, and a strong commitment to quality
• Fluency in English
