CONTEXT
Group Technology, Richemont's internal department committed to delivering world-class technology and innovation, is seeking a Tech Team Lead to manage the newly created Treasury Product team, belonging to the wider Finance Product Area.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will lead a small team of internal and external consultants responsible for designing, implementing, rolling out, and supporting solutions for Group Treasury, ensuring seamless integration with the finance backbone.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Tech Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and Develop: Supervise the Treasury Product Team, focusing on professional development, well-being, and effectiveness of team members.
• Drive Solutions: Overlook development and implementation of features that deliver business value, aligned with priorities set by the Product Owner and Solution Architect.
• Implement Solutions: Part of the technical team, actively contributing to assigned projects.

Manage Key Areas:

• Treasury Solution Management: Hands-on the full lifecycle of TMS (FIS Integrity), and SAP FSCM, SAP FI solutions related to Treasury, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Trusted Advisor & Business Partner: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to business partners and stakeholders on Treasury-related systems and processes. Maintain strong relationships with Strategic partners (vendors).
• Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong relationships with Richemont entities, collaborating on solution design, strategy development, and effective communication across teams.
• Requirement Gathering & Implementation: Analyse business requirements, accounting rule changes, and legal regulations to implement necessary system updates and enhancements.
• Solution Design & Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and document solutions, while also assessing enhancement requests and proposing effective solutions.
• Technology Leadership & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and promote their adoption to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Agile & Process Optimization: Support agile practices, contribute to product strategy, and ensure thorough documentation of business processes to optimize Treasury operations.
• Team Management:

• Set internal tech team member objectives and conduct annual reviews (MPJ).
• Provide feedback for external product team members.
• Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities for all team members (internal and external).
• Develop a customer-oriented mindset and a culture of trust and transparency.
• Stimulate collaboration and communication across the Product Area.
• Define and track capacity needs for the Product teams, in alignment with the Product Area Manager.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

• Education:

• University degree in Information Technology or Engineering and/or certified qualifications in Finance / Treasury.

Experience:

• Strong knowledge and experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), specifically FIS Integrity, including its integration with SAP FI.
• Proven experience with SAP FSCM modules (Cash and Liquidity management, TRM, BCM, In-House Cash) and SAP banking: payments (DMEE), statements (CAMT53, MT940), search strings, etc.
• Experience integrating SAP FSCM with other SAP modules (SAP PI/PO, SAP FI), banks, and external systems, e.g. through API.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO).
• Experience with different project methodologies (agile, scrum preferred).
• Familiarity with system operation aspects such as test automation, internal controls, support, and documentation, and related tools (Jira, SAP Solution Manager, Test Automation tools).
• Proven experience managing people or teams, with the ability to delegate effectively using backlog management tools like Jira.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Thorough business knowledge within the relevant domain, i.e. in-depth understanding of Treasury instruments such as FX instruments, Cash Instruments, Derivatives and bonds, Intercompany loans etc.
• Deep understanding of technical capabilities, customizing options, and solution architecture concepts.
• Ability to anticipate and meet future competency demands within the technical landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to discuss complex topics and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Desirable Requirements:

• Agile Product Management: Knowledge of Agile Product Management x framework/methodologies (SAFE, SCRUM, Design Thinking...) and practical JIRA usage.
