Manage financial and payroll accounting for our clients
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns
Prepare tax returns for individuals and companies
Independently prepare and submit year-end closings (Jahresabschlusse)
Communicate directly with clients and government authorities
Support administrative tasks in the office and assist the project manager
Your Profile
Completed commercial training (KV) with further education in fiduciary/accounting an advantage
Professional experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and preparing financial statements
Knowledge of
Bexio
(preferred) and
Abacus
(advantage)
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Independent, reliable, and communicative personality with strong client orientation
Fluent in English (office language) and German (for documents, clients, and government communication)
