The User Empowerment Squad

Our User Empowerment squad ensures that every user can fully and quickly unlock the value of our platform. We work at the intersection of product and community, on a mission to bridge knowledge between users and product: we create inspiring learning resources, design smooth onboarding journeys, oversee high-quality technical documentation, validate product quality and best communicate feature value. By combining technical rigour with user-centric storytelling, we empower our community to adopt, master, and advocate for our technology.

About the role

As discovery evolves, the Vertical Solutions team develop application-specific workflows to use out-of-the-box for our customers to unlock massive improvements in their design processes. This role is about crystallizing the intelligence in these workflows - technical and business - and diffusing it to various audiences - engineering, commercial, and customers.

What you will do

Own the pedagogical content to enable customers to kick off their application use case Create high-impact commercial assets to empower our sales process Manage the technical portfolio of vertical solutions, ensuring alignment with the latest Neural Concept features and best practices. Collaborate closely with Vertical Solution engineers, Application Engineers, Sales team and User Empowerment Engineers to enhance solution adoptability.

Who you are

You are passionate about deep technology innovation disrupting established industries, such as manufacturing. You are a highly organised individual, eager to accelerate this movement by delivering the most impactful technical content and messages to the right audiences.


In particular, you bring:

Field knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Physics and Machine Learning Strong ability to distil complex technical solutions into clear and impactful messages. Exceptional English writing, editing and proofreading skills, love for knowledge sharing. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially at the intersection of product and go-to-market. Experience with Software Engineering, including Python programming and version control. A strong team spirit and builder mindset, ready to understand what our users need, deliver under uncertainty and push the boundaries of what's possible.
