UX Designer

Required Qualifications

Experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, prototyping, and final deliverables. Expertise in Figma (and proficiency with other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision is a plus). Proven ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. Strong understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both business stakeholders and development teams. Experience providing design documentation, style guides, and handoff materials for developers.

Preferred Skills

Background in human-computer interaction, design, or related field. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with developers. Ability to mentor junior designers and establish UX best practices.
