Software Developer L3
YOUR CHALLENGE

• Translate client requirements into feasible, efficient software designs.
• Develop and implement software solutions, investigating system flows, data usage, and work processes.
• Perform coding, debugging, and system modifications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Create and execute test cases to guarantee error-free, high-quality code.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve system performance and availability.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and progress in a structured, transparent manner.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer experience.

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience in coding, debugging, and system integration.
• Ability to design, execute, and automate test cases for software validation.
• Experience with problem analysis, root cause identification, and performance optimization.
• Strong documentation skills (flowcharts, diagrams, reports, code comments).
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• A continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay current with new technologies and programming languages.
