Abteilungsleiter Produktion / Produktionsleiter Elektro
IHR AUFGABENBEREICH
Sie ubernehmen die disziplinarische und fachliche Fuhrung eines Teams von rund 20 Produktionsmitarbeitenden. Sie tragen die Verantwortung fur Qualitat, Rentabilitat und Termineinhaltung der zu fertigenden elektronischen Komponenten. Zudem planen Sie den effizienten Einsatz Ihres Teams und stellen die Schulung der Mitarbeitenden sicher. Die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse entlang der KVP- und Lean-Roadmap gehort ebenfalls zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
IHR PROFIL
Sie verfugen uber eine abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre sowie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb der Elektronikbranche. Ein ausgepragtes Verstandnis fur spezifische Produktionsprozesse zeichnet Sie aus; Erfahrung im Lean Management ist von Vorteil. Erste Fuhrungserfahrung bringen Sie bereits mit. Ihre Personlichkeit ist engagiert, belastbar und zuverlassig, und Sie arbeiten mit einem hohen Mass an Selbstandigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Qualitatsbewusstsein. Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Motivationsfahigkeiten sowie ein kundenorientiertes Servicedenken runden Ihr Profil ab.
