dans nos differents points de vente
Planification & Coordination :
Assister l'equipe Store Planning et Visual Merchandising (SP/VM) dans l'analyse des besoins et la planification des commandes de supports visuels (displays), d'accessoires et de mobilier, afin de repondre aux projets annuels et aux demandes specifiques des marches.
Soutenir la Cheffe de Projet Visual Merchandising dans la gestion des campagnes : centralisation des besoins, creation des supports de communication (guidelines), coordination avec les marches, suivi des livraisons et des installations en boutique.
Collaborer avec les Chefs de Projet Store Planning sur les ouvertures de points de vente, en assurant la coordination logistique et transport.
Support aux operations & aux marches :
Etre l'interlocuteurrice privilegiee des marches pour les demandes de PLV (Publicite sur le Lieu de Vente) et les besoins de maintenance courante.
Mettre a jour les catalogues VM et les autres supports de reference.
Produire des reportings destines aux equipes internes et partenaires externes.
Suivi logistique :
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des expeditions de materiel VM et Store Planning, en lien avec le service Logistique.
Profile
Vous etes :
Experimentee. Un premier stage dans le secteur du luxe est un plus.
Formee. Issue d'une formation superieure dans l'hospitalite, l'architecture, le design ou un domaine connexe.
English speaker. Vous maitrisez l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit.
Organisee. Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'un bon sens de l'organisation et d'une grande attention au detail.
Agile. Vous avez une aisance relationnelle et aimez travailler en equipe.
Technique. Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques courants (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Curieuxse. Vous vous interessez particulierement aux metiers du Visual Merchandising et du Store Planning.
Polyvalente. Vous possedez des connaissances de base en InDesign et Photoshop.
Reactifve. Vous savez identifier les besoins de vos interlocuteurs et y repondre de maniere proactive.
