Tasks
Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & Execution (in deep collaboration with Mission Leads)Build properti's Growth Strategy aligned with Mission objectives Translate strategy into cross-functional execution with Product, Marketing, Experiences and Inside Sales Orchestrate Mission Teams to drive the funnel end-to-end Lead growth experiments, A/B testing, rapid MVPs and AI-powered optimisations

2. Cross-Functional Operating ModelAlign roadmaps, resources, priorities and KPIs across teams Define clear ownership boundaries and decision-making processes Enable high-speed execution by removing blockers between teams Create a unified cadence
3. Product & AI for Growth (empower Lead Product)Influence and shape the product roadmap to drive funnel improvements Ensure AI is integrated across customer and agent journeys Work with Mission Leads and to build forecasting, attribution and insight-to-action loops

4. Marketing & Brand (empower Head Marketing)Oversee segmentation, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, lifecycle and brand Drive scalable lead acquisition with strong messaging and positioning Build campaigns aligned to Mission objectives and funnel goals Strengthen Properti's market presence and category leadership

5. Experiences & CX (empower Lead Experiences / CX)Design world-class customer journeys for sellers, buyers and landlords Build properti's Experience Engine: events, community, trust-building touchpoints ncrease NPS, retention and lifetime value through measurable improvements

6. Inside Sales (empower)Build a high-performance qualification and consultation engine Increase speed-to-lead, contact rates and consultation bookings
Ensure seamless funnel integration across Marketing Inside Sales ProductAgents

Success Indicators (shared with Mission Teams & Leads)Growth in seller leads, valuations and consultations Funnel conversion improvements across all stages Mission Teams delivering measurable milestones on time Alignment and collaboration across functions (Marketing, Product, Experiences, Inside Sales) AI features deployed in customer and agent journeys Strong brand presence and performance across Switzerland and new markets A scalable Growth Engine prepared for European expansion

Job requirements
8+ years in senior Growth, Marketing, Product or cross-functional leadership roles (C- or VP-Level) Proven success in high-growth environments (marketplaces, SaaS, proptech, fintech) Scale-up experience is a must Handons-menatlity is a must Strong command of funnel mechanics, attribution, forecasting Ability to design and run cross-functional operating models Experience in building or owning a product roadmap as a Growth leader Hands-on mindset: able to run MVPs, experiments and unblock teams Ability to influence, challenge and uplift leadership peers and Mission Leads Excellent communication in English; German is an advantage
