Your mission

Define and execute the industrialization and manufacturing strategy, from prototyping to volume production. Lead process development, optimization, and scale-up using advanced semiconductor fabrication techniques. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, product, and commercial teams to ensure product readiness and manufacturability. Build and manage a high-performing industrialization team, including specialists in process, test, and packaging. Represent the company in technical discussions with partners, suppliers, and customers.

Your profile

Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, photonics, or related high-tech industries. Proven track record in scaling deep-tech products from lab to fab. Strong understanding of integrated photonics or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus. Experience in startup or fast-paced innovation environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
