1. Mentor and develop engineers and security analysts in vulnerability assessment and exploitation techniques 2. Performs vulnerability testing, reviews, and provides recommendations to enhance and expand PPL\'s cybersecurity landscape 3. Integrate security technology and controls into development processes (static and dynamic code analysis) and provide developers access to self-service security testing capabilities 4. Recommend designs and solutions supporting strategic secure digital and cloud transformation/technologies 5. Identify weaknesses and design solutions for the OT environments 6. Assess security system performance and review compliance and incident response reports to ensure compliance to standards, policies, and procedures 7. Identify security gaps, and evaluate enhancements 8. Provide oversight to collection and analysis of system security reports and summarize data and trends 9. Assist in resolving security problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies 10. Tool testing, pilot programs, software development (S-SDLC) and sprint planning and roll out initial deployment plans all in support of vulnerability assessments

The Successful Applicant
Strong understanding of IT issues.
Ability to convince interlocutors at all levels.
Minimum 7 years experience in project management
Knowledge of the different methods of vulnerability management.
Successful experience in auditing IT risks.
Experience with Qualys, Checkmarx, Fortify on Demand, or similar tools to perform vulnerability testing.
Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks
Highly self-motivated and directed with attention to detail
Easily adapts to changing circumstances
Understands business goals and strategic priorities
Promotes respect and can work effectively with diverse groups and environments
