Summary

Im Wareneingang werden monatlich 7000 Paletten (Wirkstoff, Hilfsstoff, Rohmaterial, Packmaterial, Zwischenprodukt) entgegengenommen und weiterverarbeitet. Du verbuchst die Ware der Paletten und machst einen Abgleich zwischen Lieferschein und der effektiv gelieferten Ware. Die Detailkontrolle der Ware gehort ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Materialerfassung im ERP System (SAP). Ubergabe des Lagerguts in lagerfahiger Qualitat.



Diese Stelle ist befristet auf 2 Jahre und auf Schichtarbeit.

About the Role

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

Entgegennahme von Lieferungen, Kontrolle auf Vollstandigkeit, Ubereinstimmung mit den Lieferschein-/Bestelldaten, Sichtprufung auf Unversehrtheit und Verpackungsschaden unter Einhaltung der gultigen GMP-, Arbeits-, Betriebs-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsvorgaben Verbuchung der eingehenden Ware im ERP-/Lagerverwaltungssystem Prufung von Materialkennzeichnungen, Chargen- und Verfallsdaten, Temperaturbedingungen bei Wareneingang (z. B. bei temperaturgefuhrten Materialien), Dokumentation von Abweichungen Platzierung der Ware in definierten Lagerplatzen gemass Lagerstrategie Arbeit in einem regulierten Umfeld mit hohen Anforderungen an Dokumentation und Compliance

Mindestanforderungen/Berufserfahrung:

Ausbildung Logistikerin EFZ
Suva anerkannter Staplerausweis Allgemeine HSE-Kenntnisse (Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Umwelt) Kenntnisse der GMP-Richtlinien Gute korperliche Verfassung und ein einwandfreier Strafregisterauszug Teamfahigkeit, Kommunikationsstarke, Schnittstellenkompetenz, Problemlosungsfahigkeit Bereitschaft zu Schichtdienst (2-Schicht), physisch anspruchsvolle Tatigkeit (Heben und Bewegen von Lasten) Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
