Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Register customer return parcels in the warehouse management system, and sort, pack, and consolidate returned goods into containers according to operational and quality requirements.

Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and internal movement of goods when required.

Provide customer support related to returns, shipments, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Maintain effective internal communication with the head office and other departments to ensure smooth logistics and operational coordination.

Follow warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.

Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) are an advantage.

Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams

Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving goods.

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Legal work permit in Ticino is required.
